DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders of our normal products and orders with 3+ free products usually arrive within 1-3 weeks. Orders with 1 or 2 free products normally arrive within 3-6 weeks. In addition to high demand, our free products take longer to arrive as we choose the most cost-friendly option with our manufacturer, global delivery network and distribution centre, which is how we're able to offer you them for free!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking is available for orders with our normal products and orders with 3+ free products. If you'd like to know your tracking information, you can request this by (1) replying to any of your order emails, (2) emailing us at hello@discoverspotlight.com or (3) using our Contact Us page.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

We guarantee every delivery (including orders with 1 or 2 free products). So in the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to investigate this for you. If your order is indeed lost or damaged, we'll be happy to send you a refund or a new order completely free of charge - the choice is yours!

DO YOU DELIVER ORDERS GLOBALLY?

Yes! We happily serve customers from all over the world, and have shipped orders to 35+ countries. Please ensure that your address details are correctly entered at checkout.

DO YOU SEND ALL OF THE PRODUCTS WITHIN MY ORDER AT THE SAME TIME?

Depending on the products in your order and the size of your order, we may send your products in grouped parcels. For example, if you order 4 free watches, 4 free bracelets and 4 free sunglasses, each product group will be sent seperately. This will allow you to receive them as quickly as possible, whilst also avoiding you having to pay the costs of receiving large parcels (for example, customs fees).

WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SENT FROM?

Our products are made and sent from all over the world, including the United States, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer you the best prices, whilst ensuring the highest level of quality.

ORDER CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, you can change your order if it hasn't been sent yet. The requested change can only be for the same product (for example, you can ask for a different size or colour), or you can also remove products from your order. For your security, we cannot add products to your order because you have to authorise payments at the point of checkout. If you'd like to add products to your order, you can either request a cancellation of your order and then re-order all of the products as a new order, or you can simply order the additional product as a new order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER'S DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, you can change its delivery address by contacting us.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, you can cancel it for any reason by simply getting in touch with us. Please read our Terms of Service for full details of our cancellation policy.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, if you'd like to return your order, please get in touch with us and we'll provide you with the closest location to you.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, returns are not necessary. Simply send us a photo or video and your order will be refunded or replaced.

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, refunds are applicable if your order is lost, damaged or if you just change your mind! Please read our Terms of Service for further details of our refund policy.

We have several free product promotions, which we use to increase our brand awareness, attract new customers and reward our existing customers so that we can start building long term relationships with them. These promotions are simply a part of our wider long-term sales and marketing strategy.

HOW DO I KNOW THE PROMOTIONS ARE REAL?

It sounds too good to be real, right? But it's real! We've been running our free product promotions for over a year, and we have thousands of happy customers. You can check out the photos we've been tagged in by customers on the 'tagged photos' section of our Instagram profile.

HOW SECURE ARE MY PAYMENTS?

Very secure! We only accept payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.
